BORDEAUX WINE DINNERS
These special occasions are hosted in conjunction with John Baker from Bordeaux Shippers. These dinners provide guests with the opportunity to taste some truly great Bordeaux wines in an intimate and informative environment. The dinners will take place on the first Tuesday of every month. FRENCH INDULGENCES
Jouney into the magic of the French table ... Renowned restaurateur Tony Bilson speaks about cuisine now — how contemporary cuisine has changed the aesthetics of the modern kitchen — and about the current great chefs of France. Journalist, restaurant reviewer and author Stephen Downes recounts in Paris on a plate his passion for fine dining in the city of lights and Michelin stars. Chef Damien Pignolet, who has made his name with food inspired by French classical and provincial cooking, passes on his knowledge and techniques as presented in his book French. And to round off, sommelier Tim Stock reveals the complexities and nuances of French wine.
